Creating an Apple ID, when Apple ID forgotten

Because in this case you forgot the password that was connected to the old Apple ID, then you have to take care of it first. Perform the recovery process as follows.

• Open and visit the https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid page
• You will be asked to fill in the email address information, fill in the verification code shown in the image> click Continue

You may be asked to answer the security question later, then answer and follow the next process. Once you have successfully recovered your password, you can create a new Apple ID using the phone number associated with your old Apple ID.

Note:

• One mobile number can only be associated with one Apple ID only.
• Purchases of applications, songs, movies and more cannot be transferred from one Apple ID to another Apple ID.
